Lyndon Fish Hatcheries Inc. is certified, disease free under "Canadian Fish Health Protection Regulations", administered by Fisheries and Oceans Canada.  Our farm is licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources.  NOAA verifies that we are a hatchery of quality and integrity.

Lyndon Fish Hatcheries is an integrated producer of Rainbow Trout.  Servicing the aquaculture industry.

We are a proud member of Stratford Toursim Alliance, Foodlink of Waterloo Region,as well, Northern Ontario Aquaculture Association (NOAA).

Founded in 2000, with two sites in Ontario.  One in New Dundee and one on Manitoulin Island. We hatch our fish from the renowned Lyndon Rainbow Trout. Fed only the highest quality of food, in clear water with high oxygen content; our product is superb in its' brilliant growth.

The core of our business is selling eyed eggs and fingerlings nationally and also internationally.   Our main water source is from multiple gravity flow wells that deliver a constant temperature of 10 Degrees Celcius. We have the capabilities to sell a fish ranging in size from 1 - 75 grams. The fingerlings are transported by the owner himself, within Ontario in a tri-axle trailer, with specialized oxygenated tanks.  We service markets nationally (Nova Scotia, Manitoba and Sasketchewan), and also internationally, (Iran and China).   

We also do have a smaller segment for farm gate sales of Smoked Rainbow Trout Fillets.  Our fillets are processed and completely de-boned at a federally inspected plant. We do our own smoking at our New Dundee site, which follows the Ministry of Natural Resources and Kitchener-Waterloo Public Health Department's criteria.

At this naturually spring fed site, located just outside of the town of New Dundee, (across from the New Dundee Golf Course)  we have a well-stocked 1.5 acre pond of our feisty Rainbow Trout that is open for fishing.                              Please view our Fishing Pond page for more information.
